Dancehall Update:
The Tommy Lee tour, scheduled to run from Wednesday January
23rd to Monday January 28th has been postponed due to illness
of the artist, and by doctors orders.
Tommy Lee’s Manager, Heavy D, issued a statement to Jamaican
media to let fans know the artist is unable to travel at this time. Though fans in Canada are disappointed to
hear their Dancehall Superstar won’t be able to perform as advertised, they
look forward to the shows rescheduled for February.
Niyah of MYC Entertainment has confirmed that the venue for
the Toronto show, On the Rox Entertainment Complex, will be open and will host
a free party for ticket holders. In
addition, tickets purchased for the January 25th show with Tommy Lee
will be honored at the re-scheduled show in February.
