The Best of England & Barbados Presents: Biggie Irie - Let's Stay Together...!

Greetings!

One of the best artists to come out of Barbados
is the 'Big Papa' of Groovy Soca and Lover's Rock,
also known as Biggie Irie!

If you dig deep into Biggie's history, you'll discover
that he was born in England, and at the age of 3
moved to Barbados with his mother, hence the
Groovy Soca and Lovers Rock combination!  Today,
Biggie makes his debut to the network in the Lovers
Rock lane.  The chune is called "Let's Stay Together"
and it's guaranteed to be a hit record!

Performed to the familiar one drop classic riddim
based on Alton & Hortense Ellis's "Breaking Up Is
Hard To Do," Biggie's variation turns the wording to
emphasize on staying together and loving forever as
opposed to breaking up.  His sweet voice is clear
and believable and makes all women reconsider
the decision to leave!

This chune is a must play for your Lovers Rock
segment on radio, via mixtape, or as a early warm
session in Dancehall!

Broadcasting at 320kbps, catch Biggie Irie and his
brand new hit chune "Let's Stay Together" here:

P.S.  Download bonus!  "Nah Goin Home" ft.
Maximus Dan which was the 2007 International
Groovy Soca Monarch in Trinidad & Tobago!
